Momentive LIM6061 Declaration of Conformity

The Momentive LIM6061 material used by SiTech complies with multiple environmental and safety directives, including:

  • RoHS 3 (2015/863/EU): Ensures products are free from harmful substances like cadmium, lead, mercury, and hexavalent chromium.
  • REACH: Compliance with Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) and Annex XIV and XVII regulations, ensuring safe chemical use.
  • Proposition 65: Compliance with California’s Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act, warning of any listed substances such as ethylbenzene or titanium dioxide.
  • TSCA: Full compliance with the U.S. Toxic Substances Control Act, including reporting for PFAS-related chemicals.

Dow RBL-2004 Series Declaration of Conformity

The Dow RBL-2004 Series material also adheres to the strictest environmental standards, including:

  • RoHS 3 (2015/863/EU): Free from hazardous substances like cadmium, lead, and polybrominated flame retardants.
  • REACH: Fully compliant with the EU’s Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation, and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) regulation, ensuring safe manufacturing processes.
  • Proposition 65: Complies with California’s Proposition 65 for materials such as dimethylvinylated and trimethylated silica.
  • TSCA: Compliance with the U.S. Toxic Substances Control Act, including adherence to PFAS reporting and restricted chemicals.
