2. Liquid Injection Molding (LIM)
LSR, short for liquid silicone rubber, customizes the molding of high-viscosity, two-part liquid silicone rubber. Used for its insulating and conductive properties, durability, high tear and tensile strength, flexibility, bio-compatibility, and hardness ranges, LSR can remain stable through even the most extreme temperatures — as low as -75°F or as high as 400°F.
LSR also resists:

3. Coatings
We offer four top types of industrial coatings and they include:

Color Matching
SiTECH matches the exact color to your custom product with a precise appearance. Uniformity is the end goal, and we work hard to achieve products with consistent coloring and appearance with no abnormalities. In fact, within 1 Delta-E, we can match colors for your custom silicone keypads. Delta-E (dE) is basically the distance between two colors, and it takes a numerical form. Our colors are held to 1.0 dE – which is the smallest color difference you can see without using an aid.
